By accessing and using Jewellery Manager POS application, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This agreement governs your use of our Point of Sale system, mobile applications, and related services designed for jewellery businesses.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all users, including business owners, employees, and authorized representatives.
Jewellery Manager provides a comprehensive POS solution including:
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
Our system integrates with third-party payment processors including PayPal and SSL Commerz. You are responsible for complying with their terms of service and maintaining valid payment processing accounts.
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all transactions processed through our system. We are not liable for errors in pricing, inventory, or financial calculations that result from incorrect data entry.
You are responsible for complying with all applicable tax laws and regulations. Our system may assist with tax calculations, but you remain responsible for accurate tax reporting and payment.
You retain ownership of your business data. We process and store your data as described in our Privacy Policy to provide our services.
We provide automated data backup services, but you should maintain your own backup copies of critical business data.
You may export your data in standard formats. We will assist with data migration upon request, subject to reasonable fees and timeframes.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.
The Jewellery Manager software, including its design, code, and documentation, is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the software for your business operations.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jewellery Manager shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jewellery Manager from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination, you will lose access to the service and your data will be handled according to our data retention policy.
We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms, non-payment, or other legitimate business reasons. We will provide reasonable notice except in cases of serious violations.
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or binding arbitration as appropriate.
You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh for any legal proceedings.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the application, email, or other appropriate means. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
